At SafeSpaces FMHS CIC, we believe that every young person and family deserves access to mental health education and support that is understanding, inclusive, and culturally informed. We recognise the unique experiences and challenges faced within Black African, Caribbean, and Black British communities and are committed to creating safe environments where conversations about mental health can happen openly and without judgement. Through our community-centred approach, experienced team, and focus on empowerment, we help young people and families build confidence, resilience, and emotional wellbeing while reducing the stigma often associated with seeking support.
